Meet the Team That Makes Dental Care Feel Easier

Wendy is our head assistant and has been with us for over seven years. She attended the Nassau Dental School Society, where she earned her certificate as an expanded duties dental assistant. Wendy will make you feel welcome and relaxed in the operatory and oversees all duties applicable.

The best part about her job is learning new things every day even when they are challenging. She also loves seeing how a patient’s new smile can change their life. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her kids, going to the movies, parks and trying new restaurants.

Nikki was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. She graduated from The University of Cincinnati with an AAS degree. In May of 2013, she moved to New York to continue her dentistry career.

Nikki has been with R and R dental for over 8 years. Having a relationship with patients is important to her to help provide the best preventative dental care. Keeping up to date on all the newest technology for patients within the office is the best part about working at R+R. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, 2 kids, and dog Griffin.

Diana is a recent graduate of Farmingdale State College, with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. She hopes to provide a pleasant visit and build a trusting relationship with each of her patients. She strives to ensure that each person is comfortable in the chair.

In her free time, she enjoys riding bikes, reading detective novels, and watching Hitchcock movies. She has a cat named Sushi and likes crocheting hats for her.

Michelle graduated from Farmingdale State College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working at R & R Dental for over 4 years and her goal is to help her patients achieve their most optimal oral health needs. Having a relationship with her patients is very important to Michelle and wants to make sure you are absolutely comfortable during your visit with her at all times. She also stays current with her continuing education hours by attending study clubs to ensure all of her patients receive the utmost care.

In her free time, Michelle loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and attend concerts or sporting events on the weekends. Her ultimate goal is to eventually travel the world and go on mission trips to provide dental hygiene care for people who don’t have access to it.

Jerica is part of our front desk team and is the primary Insurance Coordinator. She strives to provide excellent customer service by accommodating patients of all ages. She graduated from Nassau Community college with her degree in Liberal Arts. Although her career path took a different route, she has always had a passion to help others.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with close family and friends.

Ashley is a receptionist here at R&R Dental. She graduated from Nassau Community college with her Early Education teacher’s certification degree. She loves helping others and providing the best customer service.

During her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her family and friends. Ashley loves to travel around the world and experience new culture and foods. She also enjoys doing fun activities such as rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding, and any outdoor activity.

Sara is a receptionist/assistant here at R+R Dental and has been working at the practice for over a year. She is currently attending Farmingdale State College, with her major being Bioscience. She plans on going to dental school to become a Dentist herself!

She loves to go to work knowing she’ll be able to increase her knowledge of the dental field and be one step ahead in her plans for the future! Sara loves to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. In her free time, she loves to read and go to sporting events. She is an avid fan of the NY Giants and the NY Mets. She also has a large family which whom she spends her time with and is always looking to have fun.
